how to ?
Download the mask files, print the two parts on a fine thick paper (prefered), and cut out all redundant paper around, then apply glue on the pink surface of part 1 and stick part 2 under it, overlay the two until all the pink becomes invisible.
Download the accessories of your choice, then glue them where you want them, or create some, you can draw, paint, add fabric, glitter or pretty much...
